Taste of India has since December 2010 been making concerted efforts to employ an Indian Cuisine Cook without success.
Efforts are made are detailed below:

- 6. Repeated Advertisements in major Newspaper

Since Taste of India has not met with success in its efforts to employ an Indian Cuisine Cook locally, it will, 14 days after this notice, petition the appropriate goverment agencies for authorization to employ an Indian Cuisine Cook from outside the United states.
